adequate city stay

central locationeasy accesslarge bathroompoor servicephone connectionmajor disappointment
I found the location to be very convenient. the car park was directly under the hotel. the bathroom was large. It included a bath. i was happy with this.
I stayed for five nights. I found the room service lacking. connecting to the restaurant by phone was difficult. it often took 15 minutes to get through. This was frustrating. i felt disappointed.

this hotel is in a fantastic location. most attractions were within easy walking distance from the hotel. the staff were attentive and always ready to help (i found them very polite!). the breakfast offered a wide variety, and it was substantial, especially the pastries.

The hotel had a good location, very central to the places i needed to visit.
The check-in process was not smooth. The staff member assisting me did not provide accurate information regarding breakfast (i later learned breakfast was included in my rate). The carpet in the corridors was not clean. This did not make a good first impression.
