the hotel's location was central making it easy to access nearby attractions.
The check-in was not good, the staff seemed preoccupied. I wasn't given proper information about breakfast causing confusion later.

I found the location to be very convenient. the car park was directly under the hotel. Lifts provided easy access. the bathroom was large. It included a bath. i was happy with this.
I stayed for five nights. I found the room service lacking. connecting to the restaurant by phone was difficult. it often took 15 minutes to get through. This was frustrating. i felt disappointed.

The location is excellent. It's close to all tourist sights. the staff was very helpful and friendly. my room had an in-room safe and i could order dining at any hour.
the bed felt a bit loose and old.

convenient central stay
central location attentive staff wide variety
this hotel is in a fantastic location. most attractions were within easy walking distance from the hotel. the staff were attentive and always ready to help (i found them very polite!). the breakfast offered a wide variety, and it was substantial, especially the pastries.
the underground car park had a daily fee, which i considered slightly expensive. i didn't expect this additional cost.

our king guest room was spacious and clean. the bed was comfortable, and i found it easy to relax. the air conditioning worked effectively, great during warmer days.

Acceptable Location, Several Issues
unclean carpet inaccurate information
The hotel had a good location, very central to the places i needed to visit.
The check-in process was not smooth. The staff member assisting me did not provide accurate information regarding breakfast (i later learned breakfast was included in my rate). The carpet in the corridors was not clean. This did not make a good first impression.
